Our Practice Overview
We provide boutique behavior supports for families seeking a better understanding of behavioral patterns within the family unit. We work to develop individualized supports by utilizing the strengths of the parent/child relationships and their abilities to foster a positive learning experience. We specialize in working with a variety of behaviors and settings by utilizing effective, research based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides personalized sessions, trainings, and resources to create a supportive environment for children of all ages to thrive and grow.
Founder & BCBA - Lauren Turpen, M.A., BCBA
As the founder and lead BCBA at Bosque Behavior Consulting, Lauren is devoted to providing exceptional research based behavior management services. Lauren started her career as a special education teacher supporting high schoolers in general education classrooms helping them find success along side their typically developing peers. She fell in love with the behavior management aspects of education settings and decided to pursue higher education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Upon completing her Masters degree, she transitioned from special education to a clinical Applied Behavior Analysis setting. After working in the clinical setting as a Behavior Technician, BCBA, and Clinical Director, Lauren shifted her focus to providing resources to families outside the corporate clinical ABA model. Lauren now uses her experiences, education, and expertise to help families and educators feel empowered to utilize evidence based behavior principles.
